Life is beautiful and challenging. In life, we need trusted advisors to help remind us of who we are becoming. We need people to help us look for the good, to consider what’s possible, and to imagine something different. I’m a seasoned executive business coach who has helped many leadership teams and business owners realize their greatness.
My professional journey began in 2000 where I spent my time recruiting for a Fortune 100 Company in New York City. I quickly discovered my love of people and the hero’s journey. This is when my fascination to understand the quest for fulfillment, achievement, and human behavior was born.
Five years later, Core Growth Consulting was established and I launched our mission to help people choose faith over fear on their journey to success.

I consider myself a lifelong learner and have received my coaching certification through Harrison Assessment International and the Martha Beck Institute in addition to several leadership conferences, workshops, and courses.
It has been a gift to be featured on several podcasts in which I get to help listeners challenge their current circumstances and to believe in a life they know they’re capable of creating. I find so much joy in helping people grow through fear.
I work with my clients to help strengthen and build upon their emotional intelligence. As Daniel Goleman says "We are being judged by a new yardstick: not just how smart we are, or by our training and expertise, but also by how well we handle ourselves and each other."
